Process:

1. Thorough pre- inspection: to determine color fastness, fiber type and condition.
2. Mechanical Dusting: to remove all the dry soils.
3. Wash: hand wash process. This method of rug washing is the most thorough and the safest way to clean hand woven, oriental and other specialty rugs.
4. Rinsing: a flushing tool is massaged over the rug with fresh water to rinse out the shampoo and soils.
5. Odor Treatment: Rugs with odor problems are soaked in immersion cleaning bath with deodorizer to remove pet odors, stale odors.
6. Speed Dry: climate controlled air is used to circulate on both the front and back. Dehumidifiers, heat and air circulating fans are used to enhance drying.
7. Fringe Detail: fringe is then addressed and hand-washed.
8. Final inspection: a thorough inspection is performed to insure the area rug looks and feels its best. If not then we will reclean until your rug is thoroughly clean.
